DEALING IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements (“Listings
Requirements”), Nictus hereby advises its shareholders of the following transaction in securities by
an associate of directors of the Company:

                                               1981/006086/07) (“Trocor”), a company of which
                                               Mr NC Tromp is a director, which company is wholly
                                               owned by Saffier Trust (registration number T93/97),
                                               a trust of which Mr Gerard Swart is a trustee, but not
                                               a beneficiary, Mr PJ de W Tromp is a beneficiary but
                                               not a trustee, and of which Messrs NC Tromp and
                                               GR de V Tromp are trustees and beneficiaries

Nictus shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcement published on SENS on
7 February 2020 in relation to a dealing in securities by Trocor (“Previous Announcement”). Mr PJ de
W Tromp was incorrectly excluded from and certain information regarding the associate was incorrectly
disclosed in the Previous Announcement. Shareholders should therefore consider the updated
disclosure regarding the names of the directors and details of the associate, as contained in this
announcement, when referring to the Previous Announcement.
