CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that the Group received notice on 28 June 2025 that Mr Henry Laas has resigned from the board of
directors of the Group ("the Board") effective immediately. Mr Laas retired as Chief Executive Officer of
the Group on 31 May 2025 but continued to serve on the Board.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Laas for his contributions to the Group and wish him well in his retirement.
