Renewal of cautionary announcement

Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on
Friday, 15 November 2024 regarding the mandatory offer by
Novus Holdings Limited ("Novus") to Mustek shareholders,
Mustek shareholders are advised that the pro forma earnings
and asset value per Mustek security, if the offer
consideration also consists wholly or partly in Novus
securities, which is the case, are still being determined
and that this determination may have a material effect on
the price of the Company's securities.

Accordingly,   shareholders   are   advised   to   continue
exercising caution when dealing in the Company's securities
until a further announcement is made.
