MAS Securities B.V. (the "Issuer"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and Issuer of the EUR300,000,000 4.25 per
cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2026 (ISIN: XS2339025277) (the "Notes") announced its bondholders that it has elected to
redeem all the Notes on 10 November 2025 (the "Redemption Date") at their principal amount together with interest
accrued to (but excluding) the Redemption Date.
