PUBLICATION AND POSTING OF NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING


Unless expressly defined otherwise, capitalised terms herein have the same meanings given to them
in the Notice (as defined below).

Shareholders are advised that a notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") of the
shareholders of MAS (the "Notice") will be distributed today. The Notice is available on the Company's
corporate website at (https://masrei.com/investors/agm).

The EGM will be held at Suite 11, Marina Business Centre, Abate Rigord Street, Ta' Xbiex, XBX 1129,
Malta on Wednesday, 27 August 2025 at 14:00 CET / SA time.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the EGM is Tuesday, 19 August
2025 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 22 August 2025.

The Board's view on the Notice of Request (including the matters raised therein) as received from the
Requisitioning Shareholders is included in the Notice. Shareholders should have regard to these
matters when considering the Proposed Resolutions.
