  Metrofile shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 26 March 2025 and
  6 May 2025 in terms of which shareholders were advised of discussions relating to the potential
  acquisition of the Company (the "Potential Transaction").

  Shareholders are advised that the discussions relating to the Potential Transaction remain
  ongoing and shareholders should accordingly continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
  Company's securities until a further announcement in this regard is made.
