CHANGE OF COMPANY BROKER

MC Mining Limited (“MC Mining” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment
of Tennyson Securities as its sole broker under the AIM Rules, with immediate effect.
Tennyson Securities employs the primary broking team that recently left Mirabaud Securities,
the Company’s previous broker under the AIM Rules, providing continuity of MC Mining’s
broking relationships.
