CHANGES TO THE BOARD: RETIREMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 22 September 2025 regarding changes
to the board, inter alia, which informed shareholders of the appointment of Jacques du Puy as an executive
director of MultiChoice with effect from 22 September 2025.

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), the board
of directors of MultiChoice ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Jacques du Puy will be
retiring from Canal+ SA with effect from 31 March 2026 ("CANAL+"). As a result of his retirement from
Canal+, Jacques du Puy will also be retiring as an executive director of MultiChoice with effect from
31 March 2026.

Jacques du Puy played a pivotal role in shaping the international growth of CANAL+ and will remain
fully committed to his roles and responsibilities, including as a director of MultiChoice, until his
retirement date.
