CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the following change to the composition of Kumba's
board of directors ("Board"):
Mr Mark Goliath has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Board with effect from 1 July 2025, representing the Industrial Development
Corporation ("IDC"). He will also serve as a member of the Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee and the Strategy and Investment Committee with
effect from 1 July 2025.
Mark is currently the Acting Divisional Executive: Manufacturing at the IDC and has more than 15 years of corporate finance and 13 years of manufacturing
operations experience. He is accountable for leading a team which develops and implements industrial development investments across the manufacturing
sectors focusing on South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. The sectors include chemicals, industrial minerals beneficiation, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas,
machinery and equipment including yellow goods, automotive and rail value chains, wood and paper value chains and textile and clothing value chain.
Mark holds an MBA from the University of Witwatersrand, a BCom (Honours) Finance from the University of the Western Cape and a National Diploma in
Chemical Engineering from the Cape Technikon.
