SECRETARY
In accordance with the terms of the JSE’s long-term incentive scheme ("LTIS
2010"), share awards granted in June 2015 (Allocation 6 – Tranche 2) have
vested in the hands of executive committee members of the JSE, including
executive directors, and the Group Company Secretary (the "Participants").
On instruction of the named Participants below, the JSE LTIS 2010 Trust
sold 29 867 of these vested ordinary shares ("LTIS 2010 shares") in the
open market at a volume-weighted average price of R143.6984 per ordinary
share with a total transaction value of R4 291 840.
