CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of Italtile (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Tsundzukani Mhlanga has
resigned as the Group’s Executive Director: Finance and Administration, with effect from 30 June
2020.

Ms Mhlanga, who was appointed to her position in May 2018, will be leaving to pursue other interests.
The Board would like to thank Ms Mhlanga for her valuable contribution and wishes her well in her
future endeavours.

The Group’s Nominations Committee has commenced a recruitment process, and in the interim, Mr
Brandon Wood, the former Chief Financial Officer and current Executive Director: Retail, will assume
the role of Executive Director: Finance and Administration, until a permanent appointment has been
made. Shareholders will be apprised further in this regard in due course.
