POSTING OF NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that a notice of general meeting of shareholders of iOCO was distributed today,
Wednesday, 23 April 2025.

The notice of general meeting relates to proposed amendments to the Company's 2022 Share Plan to provide
for the award of forfeitable shares and an amendment to the three-year vesting period in respect of the award
of conditional shares; and a general authority to repurchase up to 10% of the issued shares from iOCO
shareholders.

The notice of general meeting is available on the Company's website at: https://ioco.tech/investor-relations/.

The general meeting will be held on Friday, 23 May 2025 at 10:00 am by way of electronic participation. The
last day to trade in order to be participate in and vote at the general meeting is Tuesday, 13 May 2025 and the
record date for voting purposes is Friday, 16 May 2025. Full details for purposes of electronic participation
are set out in the notice of general meeting.
