CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders
are advised Craig McKenzie has decided to retire with effect from 31 December 2020. Grant
Parsons has been appointed as the new chief executive of Investec Bank (Mauritius) Limited,
which role will commence on the later of 1 January 2021 or receipt of his Mauritian Occupation
Permit.

Grant joined Investec in November 2013 in Corporate Coverage within Investec Corporate &
Institutional Banking. He grew up and qualified as a chartered accountant in KwaZulu Natal, South
Africa, completed his articles at Deloitte & Touche, and spent time at BOE Bank Limited and then
Standard Bank before joining Investec in 2013.

The board of directors thanks Craig for his valuable contribution over the many years and wishes
Grant the very best in this new role.
