Unitholders are advised that at today’s Annual General Meeting of Investec Australia Property Fund, the resolution
set out in the notice of meeting was passed by the requisite majority of unitholders. The following information is
provided:

Number of units that could have been voted at the meeting:                 337,029,021

Number of units represented at the meeting:                                377,178,098

Percentage of units represented at the meeting:                               67.87%
