SUBSTANTIAL HOLDER NOTICES



IAP advises that the following changes in beneficial ownership in IAP have been received:

    -   On 13 June 2020 it received a notification of change of beneficial ownership in IAP, being a Form 604:
        Notification of change of interests of substantial holder, from the Investec Group in which the Investec
        Group advised that on 11 June 2020 it had voting power of 12.06% in IAP. The change was primarily
        related to Investec Property Fund Limited’s disposal of its unitholding in IAP. The notification was
        provided to the Australian Securities Exchange on 15 June 2020 by the Responsible Entity on behalf of
        Investec Group.

    -   On 15 June 2020 it received a notification of change of beneficial ownership in IAP, being a Form 603:
        Notice of initial substantial holder from Macquarie Group Limited (MQG) in which MQG advised on 11
        June 2020 it had voting power of 9.19% in IAP.

    -   On 16 June 2020 it received a notification of change of beneficial ownership in IAP, being a Form 603:
        Notice of initial substantial holder from Legg Mason Asset Management Limited (LMA) in which LMA
        advised on 12 June 2020 it had voting power of 5.21% in IAP.
