NO CHANGE STATEMENT, PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND AVAILABILITY OF THE BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC 
EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT

Shareholders are advised that Hospitality’s audited annual financial statements ("annual financial statements") for the
year ended 31 March 2018 (on which the company’s auditors expressed an unmodified audit opinion), have been
dispatched to shareholders on 31 July 2018. The annual financial statements contain no changes from the summary
consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 March 2018, which were published on SENS on 23 May 2018. The
annual financial statements, together with the company’s governance statement are available on the company’s website:
http://www.hpf.co.za/investors/financial-reports/integrated-annual-report/2018.

Hospitality’s integrated annual report and the notice of annual general meeting, which will include the company’s full
remuneration report, will be published and an announcement in this respect will be released on or about 23 August 2018.

Shareholders are further notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, Hospitality’s annual
compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003, read
with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2003, has been published and is available
on the company’s website, http://www.hpf.co.za/about-us/b-bbee.
