NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF THE BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that Hospitality's audited annual financial statements ("annual financial statements") for
the year ended 31 March 2019 (on which the company's auditors expressed an unmodified audit opinion), have been
dispatched to shareholders today, 31 July 2019. The annual financial statements contain no changes from the summary
consolidated audited financial results for the year ended 31 March 2019, which were published on SENS on 23 May 2019.
The integrated annual report, which includes the annual financial statements and a notice of annual general meeting
of Hospitality's shareholders ("annual general meeting") is available on the company's website: http://www.hpf.co.za/

The annual general meeting will be held on Thursday, 17 October 2019 at 9h00 at Palazzo Towers West, Montecasino
Boulevard, Fourways.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
8 October 2019 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 11 October 2019.
Shareholders are further notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, Hospitality's annual compliance
report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003, read with the Broad-Based
Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2003, has been published and is available on the company's website,
