Delisting of 200 000 10X Global Property ETF securities

Investors are advised that 200 000 10X Global Property ETF securities will be delisted on the
JSE at an issue price of R47.51 per security. Following the delisting there will be 9 773 831
10X Global Property ETF securities in issue with effect from Friday, 02 May 2025.
