1nvest ETF Issuer (RF) Ltd - Application for the additional listing of 1nvestRhodium debentures



   1. Following receipt of a subscription for 7,000 additional 1nvestRhodium Debentures, an application is
      hereby made for the listing of an additional 7,000 1nvestRhodium Debentures, referencing
      approximately 64.606 fine troy ounces of Rhodium on the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the
      JSE Limited, under the abbreviated name 1nvestRhodium, Share Code ETFRHO and ISIN Code
      ZAE000210787, at an approximate issue price of R918.4486 per additional debenture

   2. The additional debentures were allotted on 11 March 2025 and are to be listed and issued with effect
      from 11 March 2025.

   3. 1nvest ETF confirms that the subscribers will procure delivery of the applicable amount of Rhodium at
      the time of issue of the additional debentures.

   4. The full name of the applicant is 1nvest ETF Issuer (RF) Ltd with registered office at 1 st Floor, 18
      Fricker Road, Illovo, Johannesburg, 2196. The address of the transfer office is The Standard Bank of
      South Africa Limited, 5 Simonds Street, Johannesburg, 2001.

   5. The authorised share capital of 1nvest ETF is R4,000 comprising 4,000 ordinary par value shares at
      R1 each. The issued share capital of R120 comprising of 120 ordinary par value shares have been
      issued to 1nvest Funds Issuer Owner Trust.

   6. 1nvestRhodium Debentures in issue prior to this application 412,103 referencing 3,016.233 fine troy
      ounces of Rhodium and after this application 419,103 referencing 3,080.839 fine troy ounces of
      Rhodium.
