RECONSTITUTION OF THE BOARD COMMITTEES OF EQUITES

Shareholders are advised that following the appointment Eunice Cross and Keabetswe Ntuli to the board of
directors (the “Board”), as announced on SENS on 29 January 2020, the Board has resolved to reconstitute
the board committees with immediate effect as follows:
