In terms of the Intra-group Repurchase, the Company has acquired 13,500,000 of its A Ordinary shares (the "Repurchased Shares") from Fundco at a repurchase price of R4.90 per A Ordinary share, for a total value of R66,150,000. The 13,500,000 Repurchased Shares, as previously reported, have been classified as treasury shares and excluded from all calculations to determine the net asset value per share of the Group.
