RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING TO APPROVE THE EMIRA SHARE SUBSCRIPTION SCHEME


Further to the announcement released on SENS and the circular distributed to shareholders on 14 May 2018,
shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of Emira shareholders held today, 12 June 2018, the
resolutions proposed thereat for the purposes of approving the Emira Share Subscription Scheme were
approved by the requisite majority of votes as follows:
