CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that Ms Jasandra Nyker was appointed to the board of directors of Emira
(“Board”) as an independent non-executive director on 22 May 2019.

Ms Nyker holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Finance) degree, is a MBA graduate of the London
Business School and attended a USA Global Leadership and Public Policy for the 21 st Century
programme offered by the Harvard Kennedy School. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of
BioTherm Energy and previously led the direct investment arm of the PCG Clean Energy Fund based
in California. She has also worked for Lehman Brothers in London and Brait Private Equity in South
Africa. Among other professional accreditations, she was nominated to the 2017 Power Elites List and
in 2012, was honoured by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader.

The Board welcomes Jasandra and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
