FORTHCOMING BOARD CHANGE: RETIREMENT OF JOHNSON NJEKE

Datatec, the international Information and Communications Technology (ICT) company,
announces that Mr Johnson Njeke ("Mr Njeke") has given notice to the Company that he
will retire from the Board on 31st December 2025.

The Company's Nominations Committee is in the process of recruiting a non-executive
director of the appropriate calibre to succeed Mr Njeke on the Board when he retires.

Maya Makanjee, Chair of the Datatec Board, commented:

"Johnson Njeke has served on the Datatec Board for nine years and Chairs the Audit, Risk
and Compliance Committee. He also sits on the Nominations Committee and Social and
Ethics Committee and was previously a member of the Remuneration Committee. In all
those roles he has brought invaluable experience and sound judgement.

Johnson will be greatly missed and I would like to thank him for his wise counsel and
contribution to the Board and to wish him the very best for the future."
