ANNUAL RESULTS RELEASE DATE AND HYBRID PRESENTATION


Dipula, a South Africa-focused REIT, will release its reviewed condensed consolidated financial results for the twelve
months ended 31 August 2025 (the "annual results") on SENS on Wednesday, 12 November 2025.

Management will host a briefing on the annual results as follows:
