BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that Castleview's integrated report, incorporating the audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 March 2023, has been published and is available on the company's website,
https://castleview.co.za/investors/ and contains no changes from the provisional reviewed consolidated
financial statements for the thirteen months ended 31 March 2023 which were released on SENS on Thursday,
22 June 2023.
The annual financial statements have been audited by the Company's auditors, RSM South Africa
Incorporated, who expressed an unqualified audit opinion thereon. The auditors' opinion, which includes
reference to the key audit matters, is available on the Company's website, https://castleview.co.za/investors/.
The integrated report contains a notice of annual general meeting for Castleview shareholders, which will be
held at the offices of the Company, 13 Hudson Street, De Waterkant, Cape Town, 8001 on Wednesday,
30 August 2023 at 12:00.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
15 August 2023 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 18 August 2023.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company's annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of
the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 for the year ended 31 March 2023 is currently
being verified and a further announcement in respect of the publication thereof will be released in due course.
