SECOND QUARTER OPERATIONAL UPDATE – FY2026

Cashbuild herewith provides its voluntary quarterly operational update for the second quarter of the 2026
financial year ("second quarter"). The update includes the revenue results of Allbuildco Holdings (Pty) Ltd
(trading as Amper Alles), a subsidiary acquired with a 60% controlling interest, with effect from 1 December
2025.

December 2024 ("HY2025").

compared to the comparative period, with existing stores decreasing by 1% (half year: increasing by 2%) and
new stores contributing 3% (half year: 2%).

Selling inflation was 0.8% at the end of December 2025 compared to HY2025.
