EXTENSION OF THE PUBLICATION DATE OF THE BUSINESS RESCUE PLAN OF COMAIR
1. In terms of section 150(5) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, the business rescue
plan of Comair should have been published within 25 business days after the
appointment of the business rescue practitioners, unless extended by such longer
period as may be allowed by the holders of a majority of the creditors’ voting
interests.
2. In this regard, the requisite majority of creditors have supported an extension of the
date for the publication of the plan to 28 August 2020.
3. Affected persons are also encouraged to keep abreast of the notices and other
documents that are continuously published on the business rescue section on
