WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the Company’s cautionary announcement released on SENS on
Thursday, 30 April 2020 and the further announcement, regarding the notice of business
rescue plan as contemplated in Chapter 6 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 as amended and
the suspension of the listing of Comair shares, released on SENS on Tuesday, 5 May 2020.

In this respect, shareholders are no longer required to exercise caution but should continue to
assess the periodic SENS announcements provided by the Company as it navigates the
business rescue process.
