RECEIPT OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT AND UPDATE TO THE NET ASSET VALUE

Holders of the MCETNC and MCETNQ exchange-traded notes (ETNs) are advised that on Tuesday,
15 December 2020, McDonald’s Corp paid a dividend of $1.29 per share. As per published guidance,
this dividend was synthetically reinvested, net of all taxes, charges and fees, for the ETNs at the US
closing price on Wednesday, 16 December 2020. The result of the synthetic dividend reinvestment is
to increase the fractional number of shares each ETN references and no distribution or payment will be
made.

Reinvestment amount      $0.645 / share
Reinvestment price       $213.80 / share


Holders of the COETNC and COETNQ exchange-traded notes (ETNs) are also advised that on
Tuesday, 15 December 2020, The Coca-Cola Co paid a dividend of $0.41 per share. As per published
guidance, this dividend was synthetically reinvested, net of all taxes, charges and fees, for the ETNs at
the US closing price on Wednesday, 16 December 2020. The result of the synthetic dividend
reinvestment is to increase the fractional number of shares each ETN references and no distribution or
payment will be made.
