RESULTS OF THE ODD-LOT OFFER AND SPECIFIC OFFER
1. Introduction
1.1. Shareholders are referred to the circular distributed to shareholders on Tuesday, 27 February
2024, as supplemented on Wednesday, 28 February 2024 ("Circular"), containing the details of
the odd-lot offer to all shareholders holding less than 100 (one hundred) ordinary shares in the
Company ("Odd-lot Offer") and the specific offer to all shareholders holding 100 (one hundred)
shares or more but equal to or less than 500 (five hundred) shares in the Company ("Specific
Offer"), collectively referred to as "the Offers".
1.2. Shareholders are further referred to the finalisation announcement released on Tuesday, 9 April
2024, which advised shareholders of the Offer price and confirmed that the Offers had become
unconditional and that the Company would accordingly proceed with the implementation of the
Offers.
1.3. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised words and terms contained in this announcement
shall bear the meanings ascribed thereto in the Circular.
2. Results of the Offers
2.1. Shareholders are hereby advised that the Offers closed at 12:00 on Friday, 19 April 2024.
2.2. The results of the Odd-lot Offer are as follows:

Note:
1. In terms of the Odd-lot Offer, Odd-lot Holders who did not make an election were
automatically deemed to have agreed to dispose of their Odd-lot Holdings to Coronation
and to receive the Offer Consideration in respect thereof.
2.3. The results of the Specific Offer are as follows:

2.4. In terms of the Offers, Coronation repurchased a total of 206 804 Coronation Shares, representing
0.05% of the total issued ordinary share capital of Coronation for a total Offer Consideration of
R6 952 570.16.
2.5. The Coronation Shares repurchased by the Company in terms of the Offers will be cancelled and
delisted on or about Friday, 26 April 2024, and accordingly, the total issued ordinary share capital
of Coronation will be reduced from 349 799 102 to 349 592 298 Coronation Shares.
