UPDATE IN RELATION TO RESIGNATION OF FINANCE DIRECTOR

Shareholders are referred to the announcement on 6 June 2025, relating to the resignation of
Mary-Anne Musekiwa ("Mary-Anne") from the Company.

Shareholders are hereby further advised that Mary-Anne will step down from her role as
Financial Director effective 30 June 2025. Mary-Anne will remain with the Company for the
duration of her notice period to facilitate a structured transition and handover of the finance
function.

The Board of Directors will advise shareholders on the appointment of a Financial Director in
due course.
