TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2025
Shareholders are advised that the group is currently finalising its results for the six months ended
31 March 2025 (the "period"), which will be released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the
JSE Limited ("JSE") on or about Monday, 26 May 2025.
In terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, the group is satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty
exists that the financial results for the period will differ by at least 20% from the prior six-month period
ended 31 March 2024.
Basic earnings per share ("EPS") and basic headline earnings per share ("HEPS")
The range for basic EPS and basic HEPS from group operations for the period are expected to be
as follows:

Accounting presentation
The reduction in the group results for the period is largely as a result of the continued decline in
Vostochnaya Technica's trading activities due to the impact of continuing sanctions in Russia.
Shareholders are advised that the information contained in this trading statement has not been
reviewed or reported on by the group's independent external auditors.
