The Company is in the process of finalising its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2024 ("Results"). Shareholders are advised that the Board has a reasonable degree of certainty that Astoria's NAV per share as at 31 December 2024 will be between 59.60 and 63.58 USD cents (between 1 125.56 and 1 200.60 ZAR cents). This represents a decrease of between 20% and 25% from the NAV per share of 79.47 USD cents (a decrease of between 17.4% and 22.6% from the NAV per share of 1 454.38 ZAR cents) as at 31 December 2023. The audited Results are expected to be released on SENS on or about 24 March 2025.
