Shareholders are advised that the Company's annual report, incorporating the audited financial statements for
the year ended 31 December 2018 (on which the Company's auditors expressed an unmodified audit opinion) and a
notice of annual general meeting of shareholders, was posted today, Thursday, 25 April 2019, and contains no
changes to the summarised audited consolidated and separate results for the year ended 31 December 2018, which
was released on SENS and the SEM on 19 March 2019. A copy of the Company's annual report is available on the
Company's website: http://www.astoria.mu/publications/.
Notice of annual general meeting
Shareholders are further advised that the Company's annual general meeting will be held at 5th Floor, La Croisette,
Grand Baie, Mauritius at 12:00 Mauritian time, 10:00 South African time on Friday, 14 June 2019. The record date
to be recorded in the shareholder register in order to be entitled to vote at the annual general meeting is Friday,
7 June 2019.
The above dates and times are subject to change. Any changes will be released on SENS and by SEM Communiqué.
Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE, and a secondary
listing on the main board of the Namibian Stock Exchange.
