Shareholders on the SA register are referred to the circular issued to shareholders on 18 February 2019, relating
to the adoption of a new investment policy, a reduction of stated capital and transfer to non-distributable reserves,
realisation of assets, a capital payment and the termination of the investment management agreement and are advised
that should they wish to send their form of proxy by way of email, they should send it to meetfax@linkmarketservices.co.za
and not to proxy@linkmarketservices.co.za.
The form of proxy remains valid, with the correction above.
The salient dates and times announced on SENS on 15 February 2019 remain unchanged.
Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE, and a secondary listing
on the main board of the Namibian Stock Exchange.
