CHANGE TO THE BOARD: APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to advise that Mr Robert Radley has been
appointed as an independent non-executive director and member of the Group Audit and Risk
Committee, with immediate effect.

Robert is a seasoned executive and strategic advisor with over 30 years' experience in
professional services, including more than 20 years in Australia. He has been a director of
Adcorp Holdings Australia Pty Ltd for the past 6 years and brings an understanding of the
Group's Australian business. Robert has strong expertise in strategy, transformation,
performance improvement, and commercial transactions across sectors including workforce
solutions, energy, infrastructure, and health.

His deep knowledge of the Australian market, coupled with his strategic and commercial
insight, will support Adcorp in aligning and growing its operations across South Africa and
Australia. Robert holds a BSc (Hons) in Electronics, an MSc (Engineering), an MBA (cum
laude), and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

The Board welcomes Robert and looks forward to his valued contribution to the Group.
