How does it work?

Getting started with QuickStream

It's easy to get started with QuickStream! Once you've signed up, simply download and install QuickStream (we'll send you instructions on how to do this - it doesn't take long). QuickStream will start automatically and connect to our state-of-the-art computer systems using your existing Internet connection.

Help is a phone call away

We've done our best to keep QuickStream easy to setup and use, but if you do have any questions - either while you're setting QuickStream up or once you're using it - our friendly support staff are just a phone call or an email message away. What’s more they keep things straightforward – you’re probably more interested in the stock market than getting a technical degree.

What you'll need to get going

It's a good idea to have a permanent Internet connection such as ADSL, 3G or similar. QuickStream will work via your dialup connection provided you plan to view less than twenty prices at the same time or if you’re just testing the system out with a free trial.

Satisfaction guaranteed

Take QuickStream for a free test drive on your own computer. We hope you’ll love it and sign up for it – but if you don’t, just stop using it – no obligation. If you do decide to sign up we offer you a seven day money-back guarantee. If within seven days you’re not completely satisfied, let us know. We’ll refund your money and hope you change your mind someday soon!
