Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard
to a possible quarterly distribution to holders of securities in the
Portfolios, for the quarter ending 31 December 2015:

Last day to trade cum distribution:             Wednesday, 23 December 2015
Securities trade ex-distribution:                Thursday, 24 December 2015
Record date:                                     Thursday, 31 December 2015

Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) and the payment date
will be made within 14 business days after the record date.
