Reinet, the investment holding company of the Rupert’s, have been taking a beating since the FDA announced plans to curb tobacco use in the United States by reducing nicotine in cigarettes to non-addictive levels and also assess the roles on menthol cigarettes to attract young smokers. The discount to the company’s net asset value is currently around 34%, while the average discount to net asset value is around 30%.
I believe it is a good opportunity to add Reinet to your portfolio.
