These Notes will be both cash settled (50% of the Nominal
Amount of each Note and will be cash settled in two equal
tranches (each tranche 25%) by way of capital repayment plus
the relevant fixed coupon in respect of each tranche), and the
remaining 50% of the Nominal Amount will be physically settled
by delivery of ETFs (specified in the Pricing Supplement) to
holders of the Notes on the Maturity/Delivery Date specified
above.

Notes will be deposited in the Central Securities Depository
