AVAILABILITY OF THE GUARANTORS' FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2024 of
Capital Propfund Proprietary Limited and Fortress Income 3 Proprietary Limited (collectively, the
"Guarantors") (collectively, the "financial statements"), the Guarantors to the Fortress
ZAR20 000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, are available through a secure
electronic manner at the election of the person requesting inspection.

The audit reports issued on the Guarantors' financial statements were unqualified, with no
modifications applicable.
