In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, bondholders are hereby advised that Mr Tebogo Moraka, the City's Group Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as the debt officer of the City with effect from 1 October 2024. Mr Moraka's appointment follows the resignation of Mr Sinovuyo Mpakama as the Group Head: Treasury and debt officer in December 2023 and the expiration of Mr Sibisi's interim appointment as debt officer on 30 September 2024.
