Notification of appointment of a director

In compliance with paragraphs 6.39 and 6.40 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the Board of Directors of Transsec 5 (RF) Limited ("the Board") hereby notifies the Noteholders of
the resignation of Sara Olivier as a director of the Company with effect from 15 April 2024.
Accordingly, Altea Spagnuolo-Gerber will be appointed as a director of the Company with effect
from the same date.


Altea Spagnuolo-Gerber, a qualified CA(SA), joined the Mobalyz group during 2023 as the Finance
Executive. Prior to this, she was the Group Head of Finance at Apex Partners (Pty) Ltd ("Apex") for
over two years and the Group Financial Director of ELB Group Limited for over a year prior to its
delisting and merge into Apex. She completed her training contract and stayed on at KPMG as a
Senior Manager for close to 10 years.


The board extends its gratitude to Sara for her dedication and leadership and wishes her continued
success in her future endeavours. The board also welcomes Altea as she joins the current Board
of Directors, Nicholas, Bongiwe and Richard. The Board looks forward to benefiting from her
expertise.
