LIQUIDATION APPLICATION UPDATE

Holders of securities are referred to the 'Liquidation Application Update' announcement released on SENS
on 8 March 2024 wherein Afristrat advised that the creditor of the Company ("Creditor Applicant") who
had launched its own liquidation application against the Company ("Creditor Application"), which had
been set down on the unopposed motion roll to be heard on 20 July 2023 and subsequently removed
pending the outcome of the Liquidation Application, intended to re-enroll the matter and was awaiting a
new date for the matter to be heard.

Shareholders are further referred to the 'Update on Liquidation Application filed by Ordinary Shareholder'
announcement released on SENS on 21 February 2024 (and using the terms defined therein unless
otherwise stated) wherein judgement was handed down by the Court and the liquidation application filed
by an ordinary shareholder of the Company ("the Application") was dismissed with costs.

The Ordinary Shareholder has submitted an application for leave to appeal ("Leave Application") the
judgement and accordingly, the Company awaits a court hearing date for the application to be heard.

Consequently, the Creditor Applicant will no longer be able to proceed with the Creditor Application at this
time as the Leave Application will take precedence.

Shareholders will be kept appraised of the above by way of a further SENS announcement.
