NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
uMngeni-uThukela Water hereby notifies its debt investors that it has released its interim financial
statements for the six months ended 31 December 2023 ("Interim Financial Statements").
Due to technical issues with uMngeni-uThukela Water's website, the Interim Financial Statements can
be requested from Ms Kajal Singh at kajal.singh@umgeni.co.za and are available for inspection at
uMngeni-uThukela Water's registered office at 310 Burger Street, Pietermaritzburg, 3201, South Africa.
Restatements
Restatements in the Interim Financial Statements are a result of a prior period error in the financial
results for the year ended 30 June 2022 which has required a reclassification of call investments to
cash equivalents and changes in other investments to investments activities. Full details the
restatements are set out on page 11 of the Interim Financial Statements.
A further announcement will be released once the Interim Financial Statements are available on
uMngeni-uThukela Water's website.
