DRA Global Limited (ASX / JSE: DRA) ('DRA' or 'the Company') advises shareholders that the Company
released an Application for Quotation of Securities (Appendix 2A) and an updated notice of the cessation
of securities (Appendix 3H) on the Australian Securities Exchange on 21 March 2024.

The Appendix 2A relates to the issue of fully paid ordinary securities following the exercise of zero exercise
price options that were issued to employees, as part of the Company's employee incentive plan. The
Appendix 3H issues a correction on the cancellation of options that was previously advised to ASX.
