Shareholders are advised that Anglo American Platinum today, 11 March 2024, dispatched to shareholders its notice of Annual
General Meeting (AGM). The audited annual financial statements (which were published on SENS on 19 February 2023) and the
Integrated Suite of Reports are available on the Group's website at www.angloamericanplatinum.com.
Notice of the AGM
Notice is hereby given that the AGM of Amplats shareholders will be held both in person and virtually on Thursday, 9 May 2024
at 10:00 (South African time) to transact the business as stated in the notice of AGM.

Shareholders are advised that the Company's B-BBEE Annual Compliance Report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based
Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act, No 46 of 2023 and in accordance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, has been published on the Company's website www.angloamericanplatium.com on Monday 11 March 2024.
