ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF VIRTUAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published on 31 January 2024 regarding the
publication of audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2023 ("2023
results"). Shareholders are advised that the notice of the annual general meeting ("Notice") was
attached to the JSE website link of the SENS Announcement instead of the 2023 results.

Shareholders are advised that this has been rectified and the 2023 results are available at
