Capitalised words and terms contained in this announcement shall bear the same meanings
ascribed thereto in the Applicable Pricing Supplement.
Noteholders are referred to the Additional Terms and Conditions contained in Annexure A of the
Applicable Pricing Supplement relating to note RDFB27 and are advised that the Sustainability
Performance Targets for all Key Performance Indicators for the applicable Target Observation Date
ended 31 August 2023 were all satisfied.
The sustainability-linked instrument performance certificate for the applicable Target Observation
Date being 31 August 2023, applicable to all Redefine's sustainability linked instruments (and
therefore RDFB27 as well) is available on Redefine's website (https://www.redefine.co.za/view-
file/Sustainability-Certificate-2023.pdf) and is accompanied by the Key Performance Indicator
Auditor's limited assurance report (https://www.redefine.co.za/view-file/PwC-Limited-assurance-
report-2023.pdf).
Accordingly, the Step Down Event occurred on 24 November 2023. The Step Down Margin of
4 basis points will be applicable from the applicable Step Down Interest Period commencing
26 January 2024 and the Initial Margin will be decreased by 4 basis points to 1.96%.
